"Unfortunately we arrived late and there were no options for food or drinks Room service only available to 10pm. Nothing in the direct area either for food and drinks. Staff in the bar near reception were extremely rude and only wanted to seat and serve customers from Japan and not international visitors. Quite disappointed with this service. Location was excellent and room amenities also excellent. I will commend the reception desk staff as our initial flight was cancelled and with an email they were made aware of our situation and held our room that we had paid for without any issues."
