"absolutely stunning and unique property. well maintained, and they did an amazing job or turning it into a living museum. rooms were large and very comfortable. beds were cozy, food was very good. location is close to many restaurants/cafes and very central. pool/jacuzzi area is so beautiful and clean. amazing views of volacanos. highly recommend this hotel."

"I have traveled many times to Guatemala and have stayed at a few different hotels. But this has been by far the best hotel/ experience I've had in the city. I will only be staying here from now on. Don Mario from the sports bar and Karen gave my dad and I the most enjoyable experience and made our night with their friendly and welcoming service. We also stayed on the executive floor and the gentleman that was tending to the room where snacks and coffee was served in the evening hours was an absolute sweetheart. We also got massages on site which i highly recommend doing while there. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of foods. We had Giannis for dinner which was great to. Everyone from beginning to end was great."
