Exceptional retreat that offers a perfect blend of luxury and tranquility. From the moment you arrive, the attention to detail is evident, with beautifully designed villas that seamlessly blend modern aesthetics with natural surroundings. The facilities are top-notch, catering to both relaxation and adventure. The staff are friendly, attentive, and go out of their way to ensure every guest has a memorable stay. Solid snorkeling experience at the beach. In-room dining is okay but obviously can’t beat the convenience. Highly recommended.

If you want to have a Pool at your room this is the place. If you want a good hotel this is not the place. Pretends to be a 5 star hotel but at most it gets to 3. Expensive without being worth it.

Our stay here was amazing! The hotel felt like a boutique experience. It was quiet and clean. Being out in the jungle, there were a couple of bugs on our patio, but that is to be expected. We planned on exploring the island more but we ended up not wanting to leave the hotel. The food was five star! We ate better than we have in a long time. There are options for a five course meal at the restaurant (¥120000 person but worth it!) or you have have in room shabu-shabu, or ala cart room service or even a “convenience” store at the front desk with drinks and snacks. The staff was superb. Any request we had, they made it happen. Not all staff spoke English, but they always got us someone who could help us. I do recommend having a rental car if you stay here. The taxi ride isn’t too expensive (¥2110) but because the hotel is more secluded, it would be best to have your own transportation. All in all, I would highly recommend this location for a fantastic stay.

背景には緑の小さな山があり、正面を出ればすぐ近くにビーチがある、素晴らしいロケーションです。市街地からは少し離れますが、ホテルの中でのんびり過ごし充電して帰ることができました。一泊だけの滞在だったのですが、今度は何泊かして、アクティビティ（ものづくりなどの）に参加してみたいです。スタッフの方も素晴らしく何度も泊まってみたい場所だと思いました。

宮古島旅行の最終日にこちらに滞在させていただきましたが、まさに旅の締めくくりにふさわしい、最高のひとときを過ごすことができました。 素晴らしい立地、洗練されたホテル内のデザインやインテリア、そしてスタッフの皆様の温かく丁寧な対応——すべてが心地よく、滞在中ずっと感動しておりました。 目の前の海では気軽にシュノーケリングが楽しめ、夜には満天の星空に包まれ、夜中に降った一瞬のスコールでさえ神秘的に感じられる、まるで別世界のような場所でした。 他の方にもぜひおすすめしたい、特別な時間を過ごせるホテルです。必ずまた訪れたいと思います。

3泊しました。エコ推進の一環で掃除は無しでタオルの交換だけお願いしました。その代わりにホテル内で使えるポイント通過のようなものをもらいましたがホテル外でも使えるとのことでした。チェックアウト後使えそうな場所を探しましたが少なかったです。行き着いたお店ではよくわかっていなかったので使えませんでした。そしてレートも大幅に違うようでその説明をして欲しかったです。

客室のデザイン、インテリアが素敵です。食事は以前は悪かったのかもしれませんが、改善されています。 周囲に何も無いので、夕飯は持ち込むかホテルの夕飯を予約する必要があります。 部屋のプールは循環されていて、虫があまりいないのも良かったです。 敷地にヤギがおり、娘は大喜びでした。無料アクテビティのバスソルト作りも娘に好評でした。 また伺いたいです。

それでもやっぱり良い！

2回目の滞在でした。 1度目の時に凄く気に入ったので、久しぶりに宮古島に来ることが出来て、絶対に利用したいと思っていました。 コインランドリーも出来ていて、更に過ごしやすくなったと思います。 気になったのは、お部屋の掃除がいまいちだなぁと感じました。 水回りの壁のタイルが照明に照らされて埃が目立っていました。 ソファの下などにも埃が溜まっていました。(毎回チェックとは言いませんが、月1チェックをするといいのではないかと思いました) おしゃれで食事も美味しく、コインランドリーも出来ていたし。スタッフの方の対応も最高です！ 高級だけど、是非、色んな人にお勧めしたいホテルなので、お掃除面でもう一歩というところですね。 また、行きたいです！！

エアコンの清掃がまったくできておらずフィルターはびっしりと埃がついており吹き出し口に関しても埃だらけ。 埃を吸わされている状態で清掃を頼みましたが2台ともエアコン容量が全く足りておらず何時間もつけても部屋は涼しくならず夏場の宮古島の温度で耐えられない暑さ。寝る時だけ他の部屋を案内する旨を伝えられたがそれも同じエアコン設計との事で断りました。 空調設計が全くできていない印象と日々の清掃ができていないと思います。施設としてはゆっくりでき非常に好感が持てる施設ですがエアコン設計とエアコン清掃という根幹が全くできていない事が非常に残念です。リスケープできませんでした。

お部屋も素敵でしたが、とにかく虫の侵入が凄く小さい虫の死骸も多いので各部屋にハンドクリーナーの用意があったら助かります！ 私は虫やヤモリが苦手なので 素敵なプールも入る事ができませんでした

宮古島のhideaway hotels

友人3人で、3泊しました。 部屋の広さも十分でした。洗面が2つあったのは良かったです。 メインプール、部屋プール共に温水で真夏の利用でしたが、良かったです！ 部屋プールに浮かびながら、星空が見れたのは最高でした。 朝ヨガも参加しましたが、丁度良い内容と時間で気持ち良かったです。 ホテル前のビーチは白砂ではありませんが、シュノーケルを楽しめました。 滞在中は困る事なく、過ごせて満足。 周囲は自然に囲まれて日常から離れた素敵な空間。建築や家具も洗練されていて、正にハイダウェイな癒しのホテルです！ ちなみに、街中で夕食に飲酒したので、代行を頼みました。4千円でした。
