"We were unaware on our reservation through Hotels.com that our reservation included breakfast and dinner. We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and dinner was basically the same every night - not what I am looking for in a vacation. Still the dinner is very good. Having said that, all the food is very Japanese, so not what all travelers can do. The hotel itself is gorgeous with amazing amenities. "Old fashioned Japanese hotel, but clean environment. Free coffee on arrival and light breakfast was offered. Open air onsen was very nice Only issue was, there was no toilet inside the room which things a bit interesting at night when the human nature was calling. Otherwise lovely hotel with friendly staff"

"There familymart just below the hotel until 10.30pm. The breakfast was good, hot spring is recommend "

"The staff was really helpful and helped me with the lock and ordered a taxi for me. I just use it for one night and I wanted it to be close to the airport. the limited options without a car was a lot less important to me than the nice mattress abd the non smoking policy."
