""I absolutely loved my stay here! The apartment is brand new, spotless, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The check-in and check-out process was incredibly smooth. "I never saw an image of the exterior of the building in the advertisement on Expedia. I never read that access to the upper floor was via a steep staircase which made carrying two suitcases to one’s room difficult. The place appears to be managed by the Wat Hotel next door but without access to the Wat’s facilities. The walls between the rooms were such that one could plainly hear conversations next door. The room was fine but the experience frankly disappointing."

"The smell in the house is awful everything smells like old mold and nothing is updated. Its very cold downstairs and hot upstairs. If you like smelly clothes and short to railroad this is it. "This place was perfect in every way. Amazing staff and amenities, the breakfast was wonderful, and the location was perfect. I would live there if I could. My advice: splurge for the private bath (by splurge, I mean 2000 yen) - totally worth it. 6 out of 5 stars!!!"
