"this was a highlight of our stay in Iceland. Our room was spacious and in one of their three buildings .close by was another location that had laundry and kitchen facilities available to guests. We were able to do a couple of loads of washing which was very welcomed. We were also able to have our own breakfast which was more economical. Dinner at the Aldan and Skaftfell restaurants are superb. Highly recommend this place as a stop in the eastern fjords. "

"No one was there to check us into the hotel and were not picking up their phone. Had to sleep in our car during a massive snow storm."
