Nice for One Night, but Not Ideal for a Relaxing Family Stay
The place is beautiful and cozy, with amazing desert views. However, if you're looking to relax and unwind with your family, it can be a bit challenging.
I booked a cabin without a bathroom, which I don’t recommend. It’s definitely worth paying extra for one with a private bathroom. Also, be prepared to walk quite a bit to get to the cabins — not ideal when traveling with kids.
At night, the wind and sand felt like a tornado. It was pretty scary for my child and lasted for about an hour. Then a bit of rain came in, and since the cabin only had one window, I had to choose between closing it and overheating from the desert heat, or leaving it open and getting soaked.
In short: it's a cool experience for just one night, but I wouldn’t stay longer than that.
