My family and I enjoyed our stay! Room and bathroom were very clean. The only negative is that the pool needed cleaning. The area around the hotel was clean. The breakfast and the coffee was very good!

My family and I were pleasantly surprised by this property as we have stayed with Hilton before but not a Home2. The double queen suite was more than spacious, and with nice amenities. The pool needed a little TLC as did the dog walk but we were happy to have both. Breakfast was very nice but the time should be extended to 10am. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely utilize this property in the future as it was close to both family and modern conveniences.

The tv was not working properly, horrible dark blue tinge, hard to see. No functions on remote to lighten or correct. The bedsheets were very worn , the btm sheet had areas of "pilling" which felt terrible to sleep on. That sheet should have been scrapped and used for rags or something. Other than that the room was great and clean

Very fast and easy check in. Just off the highway so there was no road traffic. About 25 minute drive from the airport so couldn’t hear the planes all night either. VERY quiet. A nice breakfast bar in the morning. I would recommend staying here again.

The property was probably great, but Expedia booked us a room that was not available. There were a total of 5 rooms booked through Expedia that were not available. We stayed in the lobby for about 30 minutes while the desk clerk tried to get in touch with an actual person at Expedia to tell them to STOP. We left. Cole on the front counter was great.

My husband and I came to the area for a family friends wedding and thought we would stay here since it was a Hilton hotel. Well, it definitely wasn’t the type that we’re accustomed to. We ended up having to change rooms bc the wallpaper was held up by thumbtacks and the carpet and sofa was just disgusting. The front desk was very prompt about moving us to a different room. Once we moved to a different room, it was the same with the sofa and carpet. We made sure to keep shoes on while walking on the floors and we just sat in the chairs that was at the kitchen table. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The mattress wasn’t comfortable, but ok enough to get through our stay. The only other problem were kids next door with the television blasting and sounding like they were tearing up the room and the noise was so unbearable, that we had to call the front desk to ask them to intervene. We FINALLY had one night of good sleep and left the next day. We probably won’t stay at another one like this again.

A truly bad experience at Home2 by Hilton Mobile
When I arrived I was told the reservation was not paid for, even though I showed the clerk my prepaid receipt. He told me I would need to speak with his manager either later that night or the next morning. When I got to my room, and I will get to that, I saw that I had paid for the hotel through hotels.com, and the hotel had actually just charged my card two more times. I went back downstairs but the clerk told me I would need to speak to the manager. The Manager I spoke to, Kelsey, told me she could not do anything since she did not make the charge. It took 3 times and a few days for this to come off my credit card. This is an abuse of using my card, and unauthorized. I was told they were taking my card for incidentals. The room was dirty, footprints on the floor, probably walking on it while it was wet, the bathroom had mold in and out of the shower, the bed squeaked when my husband and I got on or off it, and we are of average weight. The TV screen was very dark and could not be adjusted and the dishwasher was filled with dirty dishes. At least they could have run it, if there was no time to put the dishes back on the shelf. I did not feel the room was clean at all. There was a notice at the front desk that the staff would be off Christmas day, which is the day we checked in but I assumed our room was ready for us. We have stayed at Home2 Suites quite a few times and you can imagine my surprise that this hotel can call themselves a Home2Suites.

We booked a stay here for the night before we leave for our cruise since we’re from North Carolina. When we first arrived it was very easy to find parking, we actually ended up parking infront of our room and not even realizing. The two girls that checked us in were super sweet. We got to our room and were both shocked at the amenities. Not that we needed them but there’s a microwave, full size fridge and freezer, dishwasher, kitchen sink and all utensils you could need if you’re cooking. Beds were super comfortable and the room was clean. We typically don’t eat the breakfast provided at hotels but didn’t feel like going out this morning so we did and there was a very large variety of options. Coffees and teas, waffle making machine, fruit, muffins, cereals, jimmy dean sandwiches and bowls, different fruit juices etc. The surrounding area is fairly noisy but the hotel has nothing to do with that, it’s just a busy city. The bathroom was clean with a HUGE shower and full size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. Plenty of storage options through the entire room if you’re planning on unpacking. We didn’t use the pool since it’s the end of November but it looks like it’s still open for use and VERY clean. If we’re ever back in Mobile we will definitely be booking here.

My boyfriend and I felt the property was very safe, quiet and there was no problem finding a place to park. There is a strip mall nearby, but I would suggest driving because I do not feel the distance is walkable. Everywhere in the hotel was so clean, and the staff was so nice and courteous. The room I originally booked was unavailable. Two queen beds with a pull out couch. At check in the room was unavailable. They switched it to a premium room, which had a king bed and a pullout couch. We had know choice but to make it.

The breakfast was disappointing. The toaster was out of order. Lots of fixings for oatmeal, but no oatmeal, just grits. Overall, will give the breakfast a grade of "C-".

Room was smelly, strong odor from carpet. I could get another room on next day, it was a bit better, but the odor was there, too. Almost $200 a night they charged; disappointed… will never be there again!

RESERVED a 2 queen bed room…showed up and got a single bed. Front desk said reservation doesn’t mean anything for room type just that you have a room that’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard of course it means the room type that’s why you choose it when you make the reservation. Wouldn’t help me at all, wouldn’t refund my money…I had 4 ppl…that’s why I needed 2 beds!! Front desk person offered no help and was rude about it.
