Located in the historic district. Place was moldy and we were given a room that reaked of cigarette smoke. The air conditioner leaked in the room and we were just provided towels to put down to catch the water.

One of the days the electricity was out overnight and all day. Also the room was not cleaned once or gave any new towels the entire stay. I have a CPAP machine that I need to be able to breath and could not use it without the electric being on . We booked a king room. When we got to the property the man at the desk told us the elevators were not working and our king room was not available, I asked if we would get money back, he stated no. So we went to the room, initially the key was not working so we had to go back and reprogram the keys. The room was dirty, the blankets were stained, we were only offered two towels. I would have paid more for a better hotel!!!!!

There was feces in one room and the other room the door wouldn’t close or lock… we ended up not staying there as a result of a poor excuse of a hotel… Expedia should be aware of all the hotels they deal with, and should give refunds accordingly!!! Highly upset with Expedia and Quality inn!!
