"The rooms were dirty. We were placed in two different rooms. The first room had dirty bed sheets, there was odd stains on the shower curtain and the shower was not usable. Not to mention the tub was peeling and dirty. The door had a huge break on it that was covered up with a large sticker. The baseboard was peeling off and the room was very dusty. The second room wasn't much better. It too had odd things on the shower curtain and the air conditioning ran for a short while and quit working. All night we had to keep adjusting it to get it to work. We also noticed the smoke detector was not on the wall and not covered. We did not eat breakfast because we did not trust the cleanliness of the place after our experience. However, I was going to try coffee but as a diabetic, I couldn't have coffee because they didn't offer artificial sweetener. They had vending machines but everything was sold out.The only reason we stayed was because it was late and we had been driving over 12 hours that day to reach our destination. Days in and wydhm should be ashamed having their names on this property. The staff was patient and nice but it was not a good place to stay."

"The room was pretty nice easy check in but you have to request to service the room and when they did we didn’t get new sheets or covers and clean towels were left outside the door on the floor that’s not clean to use also when I checked out an hour later the tried to charge my card additional fees when the room was paid in full I called and ask what the fee was no one could tell me and the bar wasn’t open to the guest "

"I can't really rate much due to the fact we didn't have a regular room. The woman who checked us in was SO accommodating for my 83 yr old mother, that she moved us from a 3rd floor room to a 1st floor one at the beginning of the hall. This room was still being renovated but was SO much easier for my mother and it was clean and comfortable."

"We booked this flying to and from Mobile airport thinking we could just hop on the shuttle, but there was no shuttle available so we had to pay approx $50 each way for a Lyft. Upon arrival at about midnight, we were given a Room key for a room that was already occupied. Fortunately this didnt turn into a confrontation but could have trying to get into a room at while someone was sleeping. We went out of our way to book a King Bed, but were told they were sold out and without apology booked us for the queen. Lastly, the key card did not work on the pool, was told this was intentional. Not a big deal but was an inconvenience that should be easily avoided with modern hotel keys."
