"Check in process was horrible, for our party as well as the two other parties who were staying on the property. No one was able to reach the host and we all had to work together to share bits and pieces of information to open the lock boxes. The apartment smelled very strongly of smoke and was extremely dusty. "The property was depicted as a seafront view however this was not accurate. It was a 35 min walk away from the seafront and in the middle of a very built up dilapidated area of the suburb. The apartment itself was okay but the bed was quite uncomfortable and the shower ran hot and cold."
