"Beautiful room with a balcony in this apartment in the old town of Kotor. Perfect for the ferry and everything else in Kotor (we walked everywhere apart from the cable car). Very helpful and friendly staff and the use of a full kitchen. We plan to return again next year."

"Ollieโs is a beautiful, brand-new hotel! The front desk staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. I had an issue with the air conditioning on the first night, but it was addressed very quickly, and I was able to enjoy the rest of my stay without any problems. The restaurant was also excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back. I highly recommend Ollieโs!"

"We were greeted at the dock by a few staff and made to feel most welcome. Our check-in was smooth and our room was modern and very nice with an excellent view of the marina. The carpet, however, was very grubby looking which was off putting. The restaurants are excellent and the service amazing. The concierge team were so helpful. My one BIG complaint is that if you want to sit by the pool you must spend a minimum of โฌ45 each at the pool bar/restaurant. You may sit on the beach and use the pool for free. This is the first time I have ever had to pay like this as a guest of a hotel. It left us feeling very disappointed in the place."

"We loved our stay, this hotel was the best part of the trip. The standard king room was spacious, the bed was truly comfortable, requested the recovery pillow and slept so well for the first time in a while. The restaurant Siro table was a true gem, we had the best food of the trip from their restaurant, good variety, approachable prices. Lovely outdoor pool. The rooftop Siro social had a good DJ on Friday night. Overall a wonderful stay we would definitely return in future."

"Very nice and attentive staff. Asked for soap (dispenser in room was broken) and it was brought in 2 minutes. The shower was a bit of a challenge (small). Only had shampoo a soap- no conditioner. Location and entire area were amazing! Nice to have a pool. Breakfast had a lot of options and enjoyed our stay!"

"Customer service was very hit and miss. While some staff were friendly and professional, others seemed uninterested, often offering no greeting or smile. The complimentary boat service to the port was poorly managed. We arrived at 6:50 pm, within the advertised 6:00-7:00 pm operating hours, but the boat had already left. The next day, we arrived before 6:00 pm and it was already full. 2 friends of the skipper pushed their way to the front and jumped on the boat so we ended up squeezing onto an overcrowded boat for the 10-minute trip. It was also disappointing that hotel guests had to pay for basic sunbeds, as the free ones were usually taken. Reception arranged a private taxi that cost โฌ45 for a 20-minute journey into town. The next day, I specifically requested a metered taxi for the same trip and it cost only โฌ25. A more transparent approach would have been appreciated. Breakfast was below average, with dried-out food, overripe fruit, and unhelpful staff making even a hot drink difficult to order. Overall, the hotel has some positives, but inconsistent service, poor communication, extra charges, and disappointing breakfast quality detracted from the experience."
