"I was surprised that the 2 cabins we reserved had no running water, I didn't see it on the Expedia description. However, the front desk guy Lucasz was able to give us a fully-furnished apartment for 3 nights, and back to the waterless cabin for 2 nights. The apartment was excellent. The clothes washer was working but the dryer was out-of-order, we had to use a drying rack. "We were given bedding but no pillowcases. We were asked if we wanted towels and were only given 1 bath towel each. No wash clothes and no hand towels. We had a little kitchen, but were not given a towel for the kitchen. The pillow was horrible, very flat and lumpy. Site said blackout curtains, but they were just black curtains that light could shine through. Otherwise the location and cabin were good. "

"Mycket trevligt boende. Blev så bra bemötta i receptionen vid incheckningen. Vi hade en svit med utsikt mot berget, med magisk utsikt. Rummet var rymligt, fräscht och fantastiskt skön säng. Frukosten var mycket bra och inget saknades. Restaurangen, som tyvärr ligger i bottenplan och man förstår inte varför den inte ligger högst upp med den utsikten som är möjlig, var helt okej. Personalen även här mycket trevliga och gästvänliga. Menyn var kanske inte den roligaste så vi nöjde oss medden pizza....

"Due to delayed flights, I arrived at 02:20 hours but was greeted by a warm and friendly lady on reception who completed the check-in in a friendly manner and offered a hot drink. I had booked a standard room ideally with a sea view. That was not possible as the hotel was full however she advised me to return at 1200 the following day and they would try and upgrade. My twin standard on the 5th floor was perfectly adequate but just looked straight across the street at windows opposite so not really possible to open the net curtains and just a rooftop view. The bed and bathroom was comfortable. I spoke to reception the next day and was upgraded to a superior room on the 6th floor overlooking the harbour and Aksla which was delightful! The climate control in the room was very effective and responsive. The room itself was spacious with comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast offered a wide selection and the hot food offerings were the same for the 4 mornings I was there. Staff clear away items very quickly once you have finished with them. The manager was very friendly and helpful. Would happily stay here again. "
