Initially, the experience was terrible. Check in was a nightmare. The room wrong and was dirty- literally trash. The light on the wall broke off when I tried to turn it on. There was a roach on the window.
Went back down to the lobby and finally found someone to talk to. They put us in a different tower with a newer, clean room. Even in the new room- the phone was broken and the toiletries were empty. Definitely not the Las Vegas experience we were looking for or expected. We will not be staying at the Paris again.
