"I should say that Susanna was a great host from the beginning! She is above and beyond, so detailed so thorough, speaks perfect English and giving you all the necessary information step by step. Me and my sister easily found the way to city center from the train station thanks to her ! We were upgraded to a suit room which was so beautiful and it was a surprise for us as well , thank you 😊 "

"Bad bits first. Despite previous communication via email on our arrival time and confirmation of this on the very day of our arrival our host was a no show. We were left standing in the street for over an hour whilst we tried to call the helpline and engage in a webchat with the hosting company. When someone eventually called us they compounded the situation by lying to us, claiming that someone had been out to us and we were not there. "Perfect for visitors to the old town. The only issue we encountered was with the kitchen appliances like the toaster and water boiler due to an electrical load problem. We reported it and hope they address the matter. Aside from that, everything was great, and we’d definitely rent the place again. The air conditioning was perfect!😊"
