"The hotel is a bit tired but with a bit of TLC it could Be improved. For example - the gym - it has reasonable equipment but not the add on bits that expand there use. We booked a classic suite which we took to be the one shown in their website and which we had had on the previous visit but our suite was very small, so disappointed ."

"An absolute gem! Without a doubt. Perfect location right across from the train station yet very close to centro storico and restaurants nearby. The hotel also has an excellent restaurant on the first floor serving local specialities. The service and food was excellent. The staff everywhere from the front office to the restaurant to house keeping were superb. We asked house keeping three times for service on restocking the minibar, change of pillows(they have a pillow menu too). All their prices are reasonable and offer more value for money. We opted for the gold package which includes breakfast, parking, minibar (soft drinks), and a 10% discount on all F&B purchases incl the bar and restaurants. The rooms were very clean spacious and comfortable. So were the beds and soundproofing. The Starhotel President will definitely be the hotel for us for any future visit!"
