"The staff we have encountered is so beyond sweet and they always go above and beyond to provide everything needed for a comfy stay! The parking is no issue, the area is safe, there is plenty of places for food and lots of places open late for last minute items. The pool is maintained and always warm and clean and thats something we love when we visit. Great wifi too with spacious rooms at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!"

"Clean room and hotel. Friendly staff. I have to make note of the hot water…best ever!! I don’t think I have ever needed to actually turn the hot water down at a hotel until here. Loved having a truly hot shower. Please do not ever change it!"

"We came the last night and the room was dirty. Bathtub filled with dirty water sheets were dirty there were flower petals and fake candles on the floor like someone else was using the room. Pool was closed until further notice. We love that hotel and the food is amazing, but this round just wasnt it! "

"The staff was kind and friendly, however the room was not clean, also, upon booking we should have been told that the pool was closed. When traveling with a baseball team it’s the one thing the players like. Also, we were told, as adults we couldn’t sit in the common area. Just a horrible stay. "

"This was a handicap room. My 93 year old mother could barely get around in the room with her walker. A wheelchair would never be able to fit in this room. I could not see the numbers on the door while looking for our room. The force of water in the shower was very light. There was no butter for toast or waffles in the morning. The coffee was cold. I had to take it back to the room and heat in the microwave. "
