"Staff were abrupt and dismissive at times. No internet WiFi available the entire week, similarly international TV channels. Pool was cold when we arrived. Food has gone down in quality - and quantity since my last visit. Breakfast is very average with fried eggs which “bounce!”. For a hotel with a high price point, I’m not sure it his the mark is should do. "

"Great location and decent sized rooms in comparison with some other places I have stayed in Val D'Isere in previous years. A big negative though was noise... the walls between rooms have very little soundproofing meaning that noisy neighbours make their presence felt! In our case a large group who liked to party at 2.30 am meant we got very little sleep. The hotel did its best in trying the get the other guests to show consideration, but to little effect."
