We could not stay here. Key code did not work and reception closed We waited and called the service number but no help. We could not get a refund also. Dirty , and very poor. And that’s all before we could see the rooms.

I found Cockroaches in the room and even one in the bed. I have the photos if you need. I complained with a virtual assistant, completely useless. The worst situation i found myself in.

Hôtel Fantôme

Nous n'avons rien à redire sur la propreté de la chambre par contre, on a attendu trente minutes avant de pouvoir joindre quelqu'un de l'hôtel pour avoir le numéro de la chambre et le code. Et nous n'étions pas tout seul à avoir besoin de renseignements. Au total, on était cinq familles à la porte de l'hôtel.

Galère en Bourgogne

Nous sommes arrivés en dehors des heures de réception et ce fut la galère impossible de récupérer ses clés avant 14h30 et encore, le no de code envoyé par B&B la veille était faux. Après de nombreux appel sans réponse, on a enfin put avoir un nouveau no de code . bref 3 heures de galère. un bon conseil; ARRIVE AUX HEURES D'OUVERTURE DE LA RECEPTION

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hotel en étape sur notre retour de vacances. Nous avons loué une chambre pour 4. C'était très bien. Nous n'hésiterons pas à louert à nouveau dans cette chaine à l'avenir.

Une nuit au B&B Auxerre Bourgogne

Nous avons eu trop chaud dans la chambre, fin février. Une temperature trop chaude de l'établissement. C'est dommage , de là on devrait chauffer moins. Meme avec la mise en route de la climatisation, il faisait trop chaud, et impossible d'ouvrir la fenetre, qui est bloquée. Sinon la chambre avait de belle prestation et très propre.
