"We booked a suite with 2 queens and a couch. Upon arrival, we were told there were none available in the category we booked and the only option for our nonrefundable stay was a sleep in bed at their adjacent sister hotel with only 2 queen beds. I was irritated because I paid more and in an area we weren't staying around because it had the sofa."

"Great location, quiet at night. Good parking facilities. The lake right behind is great for a walk and to get out a bit during your stay. The ground floor lounge is big and spacious( unlike most other hotels which just have a few tables and chairs and a small bar at times) There’s pool tables, many big dinning tables and chairs, great spot to socialize or just relax enjoying your drink. The rooms are clean, with streaming TVs and walk in shower bathrooms. Very friendly staff."

"This a family oriented hotel. It was freshly remodeled and very clean! Short walk from the car to cart luggage. Parking is gated which is really nice! Grab and go breakfast was perfect for the morning! Full size refrigerator and even a cooktop! Spacious and comfortable!"
