"An absolutely horrible sleep on Friday night as a result of a party they were hosting at the hotel. Kids running and yelling, adults partying and yelling… woke me at 10pm. With white noise blasting on my computer and my headphones in I was able to fall back asleep, to be woken by kids running down the hall and yelling/screaming at 11pm. I then called the reception at which time they said they would ask their “event” group quiet down, which after 20 minutes or so they did, but at that point my sleep had already been disturbed. And then on top of this there were extremely loud pipes making noise as if under high pressure water (or something) going on and off all night. With head phones on and my computer next to me at full volume white noise I could drown it out enough to have a half bad sleep. Thankfully and to somewhat surprise there were no pipes under pressure sounds. No party. Good sleep. But the first night was horrible and IMO inexcusable. "

"Parking was the FIRST issue. There’s NO parking. You can valet for $52/night. I gave in and had to valet after driving looking for parking. The valet said to just let them know 5 minutes before i come down to get my truck. I was there for an event close by at noon the next day. I got to the room and it was 55 degrees. I tried to adjust it but it didn’t warm up and you have to notify them before 11pm to get help. I checked in after 1030. The light in the living room area didn’t work. The bed had 2 sheets and some kinda thin blanket. I froze. Tried taking a hot shower in the morning and it lasted about 5 mins before it was cold. I notified the valet at 1133 i needed my truck. I had to be at my event at noon. I received a text it wouldn’t be ready for 20 mins. I went to the valet at 1142 they hadn’t even gone to get it. I went to the front desk asked for a manager. None on the weekend. Complained about the hot water and valet and she suggested i ask them to walk me to my truck. Why valet?! Then she asked them, they said no that someone went to get it. My truck didn’t arrive until 1159. When i got back i parked down the street and had to pay $34. I had to walk nearly a mile back to the hotel. There was so much noise outside until the middle of the night. Music, traffic. The next morning after i checked out i had to make that nearly 1 mile walk with all my luggage. Never again will i stay at the hotel. The reviews on Expedia made it appear like a great choice. It’s not!!"

"We pulled into the parking lot that was too small for a vehicle to get down the alley. People in the parking lot were doing profound things and we were so nervous we never even got out of the car! The pictures are deceiving and I would never stay here! We never even got out of our vehicle and immediately left, resulting in a fee to stay when we did not! We found a very nice motel up the street! The owner doesn’t respond or even message you back! No communication whatsoever! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone! BEWARE! "

"Please be a person that books based on reviews. Do.. NOT.. stay here. Anytime I needed something there was never anyone at the front desk. We left our room multiple times because the smell was unbearable. Woke up one morning with an actual roach on me. Too bad you cant rate a room in the negative numbers. "
