"Thank for for Expedia! They got me out of a jam.. the DreamScapes apartment advertised was in a building that does not allow stays.. I was stuck in Dallas 2 hours of leaving messages to Dreamscapes and nothing!! Expedia relocated me to a hotel down the street without charge or trouble after initial investigation.. Dreamscapes is a scam Expedia did the right thing and is legit! Thank you!"

"This hotel will ask for a lot of your information via email communication; that is due to the fact that they dont have an office. Nor do they have a sign, this is a few floors at an apartment complex. The room was nice, it has a washer and dryer, which is atypical from other hotels; a large kitchen, and full of amenities. However, the dated halls and stained carpets were like you were walking into a foreign land from the lobby where the Hilton is. The hotel was late in sending me the check in...

"Having to file a claim? Got ripped off, no room. No REFUND!! Also when trying to find the entrance to the building amongst all the abandoned and broke into I was almost assaulted with my friend by some mentally ill man. I didn't feel safe as the other side of the building was by really rough train stop with lots of homeless people trying to talk to us."

"The apartment was clean with all the amenities listed. My only pet peeve with the inside of the apartment was not having blackout curtains in the bedroom like in a hotel. For the apartment building it was lackluster which isn't a big deal. What was a deal breaker for ever going back was that the elevator and halls of the apartment building was filled with the stench of animal urine. "

"The apartment was very spacious and nice looking, but there were enough things that we didn't like that we wouldn't go back. Not having a front desk made it harder to have things fixed or have someone to contact that could resolve this quickly. We texted the support number once but since they weren't on site and couldn't have someone come by within a few hours, we resolved it ourselves. Our issues included: 1. "It was horrible considering we tried getting in touch with people by phone and email and text to get some help to get checked in... the residents that live at these apts were so nice and wanted to help and said well good luck on trying to get someone to answer and the another resident said yep the manager was just fired last week for making illegal reservations for air b and bs... sounds about my luck!!!! I was trying to celebrate my 10 yr anniversary with my hubbs and had five hours of trying...

"This hotel exceeded expectations. The staff are the true stars here. The rooms were clean and I love the whole vibe of this hotel. I really wish it was Adults Only because we did have issues with kids on a team causing disturbances in the pool but that was quickly handled. The valet are AMAZING and the free driver service was so helpful as all of our plans were within range and saved us on ubers. This hotel even has a free happy hour which was perfect before heading out. Definitely plan to stay here again!"
