"As professionals with international practice, we are frequent travelers of beautiful high-end properties all over the world. We are recently at your property for 4 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary. I wanted to share that the property is beautiful, with lovely grounds, a wonderful pool area, and excellent breakfast. I rarely leave negative comments, but in this case I wanted to share feedback that I hope management will find helpful. Other than Marie who was friendly and helpful, however, the daytime front desk staff were consistently and surprisingly unhelpful. On several occasions, they refused to assist with simple calls to local restaurants and shops despite that we were having obvious language barrier issues. While some eventually helped, it was only after it became clear communication was not possible. One interaction - during our check out - was particularly disappointing. After declining to assist with a phone call insisting that I’d be better off doing it on my own, a front desk staff member lectured me about wax left in a coffee mug that we had intentionally used to contain a melting beeswax candle and prevent damage elsewhere. (Warning; local beeswax candles tend to leak on the bottom). The hotel itself is excellent, but I would encourage management to better train front desk staff on guest service expected of beautiful property such as this. Many international travelers need occasional assistance navigating local language."

"This hotel is stunningly set in the countryside on spectacularly beautiful grounds. Staff is excellent and helpful. Breakfast was to die for with some of the best croissants I’ve ever eaten. The restaurant was very good indeed, and there are excellent alternatives ten minutes away in St-Saturnin-les-Apts as well. The place has a very calming ambience that we loved. Our villa was Amoureaux, a very interestingly decorated place. It is, however, not a practical place to stay (though the bed was very comfortable), ESPECIALLY if you have any mobility issues. The bedroom is upstairs while the toilet is downstairs. In between the two are a set of hair-raising steep bare concrete stairs without any railings that have danger written all over them. The point of this review is not to dissuade you from staying at this property- we would return again in a heartbeat- it is indeed spectacular. If you simply book any other villa besides this one, we can guarantee a very pleasant stay- just not Amoureaux."

"Exquisite hotel. The rooms are beautifully appointed , spacious , with all the required amenities and a large patio. The grounds are stunning with a divine pool and a gorgeous view of the provencal countryside. The breakfasts were incredible and sumptuous. The service was friendly. For an extra amount they set up a picnic for an electric bike tour of neighbouring villages and it was a highlight. The in house restaurants are incredible. The only slight complaint I have is about the broken equipment in the gym which I hope they can fix. Otherwise I hope to visit here many more times."
