"I tried to pay for a late checkout and it wasnt offered at all. They said if not out before 12 pm (noon) that there would be a late checkout fee. I got down at 11:59. They charged me 40 euro as a late fee. They had no where for me to throw away my pizza box when i had it with me in the restaurant up top and said i needed to take it with me and find somewhere else to throw it. "

"Really enjoyed our stay here. The room setup is cute and cozy. One of the best breakfasts I've ever had in a hotel. ingredients really fresh and well prepared. The property is a little out of the way but I enjoyed walking through the neighborhoods and seeing how locals live their lives. Also it is new and so everything is in excellent condition. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Look forward to staying here again. "

"Great location for getting around Amsterdam - good comms from Numa who were on hand to help when needed - flat was okay and had all that we needed - I wouldn’t recommend that you rely on the tiny kitchen area for cooking and when using the job there is no window that opens so the fire alarms go off. The shower also runs out of the bathroom door so make sure you use towels to stop that. Comfiest bed I have ever slept in and a great place to stop over for a weekend if you don’t want a hotel. "
