"Breakfast is good and the staff is great. Our sink was dirty with a ring of black built up gunk around the drain. That doesn’t happen overnight. The rest of the room was fine. "

"Door hinge broke - door only opened half way. Told staff said they stake care of once we check out. When checked in they tried get me to pay for room again after I had paid when I booked an had receipt. Once I said something to them and showed receipt they said sorry. Bed was really hard."

"After staying here many times I’ve found staff are always friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. For those of mobility challenges, the beds are tall."

"Clean rooms, great staff, not very user friendly. No area in the bathroom for vanity products, no microwave. Body products in the shower were not easily dispensed. Vallet service was amazing"

"Worst experience in a hotel, if you want to call it that.. you should be paid to stay a night there, dirty everywhere including bathtub. Fridge had mold in it, TV is from 2005, sheets did not smell fresh. Room and hallways smelt of burnt cigarettes. No other hotels were available in the area, If I were to do it again I would sleep on an active train track. Quality Inn needs some TLC"

"I would suggest, the term quality is misleading. This is a budget hotel that was very dated – and probably overpriced. Although the staff were pleasant – the hotel is certainly not high-quality - so, depending on your expectations – you might be disappointed. The bathroom in our room was small, outdated, and in need of maintenance. The breakfast was good, but not great – and the omelettes were processed. I probably wouldn’t choose this hotel again."
