"Easy check in with keyless entry to building and room. Despite other reviews, itโ€™s easy and they send you a link with easy to follow instructions. Also we we created by staff after we opened the doors who explained amenities. Bar and small bistro. He also scheduled airport transfer for us for 15 euro fo family of four and 8 bags! Room was tidy, clean and well kept."

"The front desk staff, on all shifts, was excellent in helping us store luggage, locate areas of the city to visit, arrange transportation to the airport, and otherwise plan a short one-night stay before we flew from Florence the next morning. Out of the "normal" touristy areas and there are several neighborhood-type restaurants in walking distance. All in all a very fine experience. Also very convenient to the airport."
