Fantastic customer service that was very helpful in booking activities for us beforehand (cooking class and dinner in the vineyard at a winery) and so accommodating when we were there. There are roses everywhere on the property that are well taken care of. Pool and jacuzzi were wonderful, rooms were clean, comfortable and good temperature. Highly recommended!
