"Lovely hotel in Lucca. The staff were very friendly and super helpful. The room was lovely and quiet. The breakfast was amazing. We used the complimentary bikes to ride around the Lucca city walls which was fun. I would totally recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Lucca."

"Very clean room. Sky TV watchable in Junior Suite. Breakfast was various and wonderful. Outside street parking is possible, but I parked in the garage which cost additional 15EUR. To get to the room, it was like a labyrinth."

All in all a nice character room. The staff were very helpful and helped with booking us taxis late at night. Overall happy to give 5 star rating. "
