"Overall, an average stay. Did the job of serving as a safe, quiet, and well situated location for a short stay. Email communications were never responded to. A little over priced for the actual value of the space, but overall it was neither bad nor anything exceptional. Just ok. May consider them again in the future. "

"Cheap and very basic. Handy to find somewhere for £60 a night that has a fridge, mini kitchen. Underground parking cost extra. Breakfast was basic, not much choice. Worst thing was that it’s right on top of railway lines and from about 5am onwards you hear a loud alarm going off (to warn of an oncoming train) followed by the thunderous noise of the train going past "

"The room was so small that I could barely fit my suitcase in. There was a really bad smell when I opened the room and even if I opened the windows all night I couldn't get rid of the smell. The apartment has no front desk at all."

"Clean, spacious accommodation with friendly staff and good facilities. Prime location with great access to local shops, bars and restaurants as well as being extremely close to the Super Chatel gondola."

"Schöne Aussicht und nettes Personal. Das Chalet und die Einrichtung war schon etwas älter. Aber es war sauber und alles vorhanden was nötig ist. Nur in der Küche fehlt ein Backofen. Wir empfehlen auf jeden Fall die Zimmer mit einem Balkon. Geschäfte sind etwas weiter entfernt und wer nach Evian in Zentrum laufen möchte sollte gut zu Fuss sein, weil die Unterkunft schon etwas am Hang liegt."

"The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. Luckily, [and by chance] they were able to get me into another room [which was not what I had reserved]. The light in the bathroom did not work. Maintenance did not come until the third day to fix it. The cleaning staff was extremely kind and helpful because there was no one else there to help. "The location is great. You can actually walk right off Platform 1 of the train station and into the hotel. It’s a little off the main street so you do hear the train a little but better than hearing people in restaurants and such. Only a few min walk to the water and stores/cafes. The room was spacious. The staff were super friendly and the self-service laundry was a nice amenity to have. "
