Villa Michelangelo Vicenza – Starhotels Collezione
10/10 Excellent
"Un lieu magique, historique très proche de Vicenza mais déjà à la campagne. Hôtel somptueux, nous y reviendrons bien y passer une semaine au calme et profiter de cette région riche en art, architecture, histoire, et si accueillante."
"This is a great hotel extremely well located walking distance to all the sites around Padua and very close to the city center full of restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful."
"This is a perfect accommodation for travelers who would want to stay in downtown Padua. The hotel is strategically located - five minute walk from the city center and ten minute walk from the train station. It fit perfectly with our trip plans. We spend a leisurely day enjoying Padua and its history and the next day we took the convenient 25 minute train ride to Venice 's St Lucia station for a wonderful stress free day trip to Venice.
The hotel has all the expected amenities and the breakfast is really good. The hotel also offers a cheap self parking in a secure garage next door and they will register your car with the city so that you do not get fined for entering the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) near the historic center where the hotel is located."
"Very good spa, well kept, the floor is not slippery, extra carpet is added to the bridge to make the floor non-slippery.
There are several pools, different underwater jets. There is a 4 min electronic counter to switch between the jets in the pool. The rooms are renovated, very clean, with a refrigerator. The hotel provide a one dispenser as a shampoo and soap with the instruction: do not remove. The breakfast is simple, cheese, ham, eggs, no fruits. 15 min walking is Lidl grocery."
