Alll ok until heavy wind pull the massive window wide open just about to fly away . No explanation given why we have this room basically with no locking system in place knowing we have kids in that room . Obviously no refund given or apologies as we been getting to different rooms as nothing happened ...

The location is great. Teh facility is average. There is a strange smell each time we enter the room. So we had to open the windows when we enter the room every time. The bathroom is out dated and very squishy. There is 6 inch distance between the toilet and the glass show wall. My left elbow often ...
