Mik and Sara are so great. Awesome location close to Montalcino. Top notch Villa and the food at breakfast great. We will look to stay there next time we are in Tuscany.

Unique property, well located. Owners/operators were fantastic! Breakfast was outstanding each day! Amazing views nearby of valley. Two restaurants very close and both were excellent. Owners recommended a couple of wineries to visit, and they were both top notch.

The best place to stay in Tuscany

Our second visit but won't be our last! The cleanest and most charming place. Your hosts Michele and Sara are amazing. We were in Tuscany for over a week. Stayed at 3 different places and this was our favorite. Amazing breakfast! Gorgeous quaint village with spectacular views !

Simply amazing in every way. Sara and Michele were incredible hosts who do anything to make you happy. The breakfast in the morning was outstanding. The room was unique, clean, and modern. The nearby restaurant options were great especially Il Leccio. This is a good base to explore this part of Tuscany and is 15-20m from Montalcino.

If you are looking for a quiet authentic rustic Italian experience then a stay at Dimora Della Muse is highly recommended. Your hosts Michel and Sara could not be more cordial and accommodating. Great location accessible to the wineries of Montalcino and the beautiful Tuscan countryside. Just lovely.

Michele and Sara who own this small hotel are great. The restored the property in 2018 to be a charming small inn that is nestled in the Tuscan hills five or six miles from the hilltop fortress of Montalcino. Two very good restaurants in town that Michele was more than happy to contact for dinner reservations. Breakfast in the courtyard was a lovely way to start the day.

Our time here could not have been better! - We only wish we had planned a longer stay! Michele & Sara are so lovely and were excellent hosts. Wonderful place with the most fantastic hosts

We had a great stay here, the location is just perfect, surrounded by tuscan hills and you shouldnt miss the sunsets, they are exceptional. The hotel is perfect in every aspect, the room, breakfast area and the location. We had an amazing dinner at the restaurant close to the hotel (Michele helped us with the reservation). So I still havent mentioned the best and that was the service and hospitality of our hosts, Michele and Sara. Warm and welcoming and Sara made the best breakfast that we have had in recent years. We travel a lot and this place is a hidden gem, the only thing we regret was not staying longer than one night. I recommend this place and Sara and Michele for everyone looking for an amazing and relaxing vacation in the most beautiful tuscan house.

Incredible B&B! Amazing personalized service!

If you are looking to experience Tuscany in authentic style and would like a beautiful welcoming place to enjoy your days and nights as a couple or with a family, then the Dimora della Muse is the place for you. We spent an incredible 5 nights in this beautifully renovated, extremely clean B&B and we could not be more thankful and thrilled for these days. Michele and Sara (the owners) made every day very special. Sara is a magician in the kitchen and makes the most delicious breakfasts each and every day. Authentic local ingredients, freshly cooked and baked for your enjoyment. Impeccable service. Beautifully renovated rooms which are serviced each day with fresh towels, toiletries. What I can only describe as a personalized concierge service you only see in 5 star hotels, all the personal service offered was so appreciated. From restaurant reservations and recommendations to wine tastings and winery tours reservations as well as places to see for day trips and even perfect spots to take some incredible photos, this was all part of the service we got from Michele and Sara. Thank you so much. The time we spent was perfect, relaxing and I would always recommend it to everyone and will be back in the future hopefully many more times.

A lovely place. Hosts were so accommodating and helpful in organizing visits to wineries and restaurants. The village where it is located is small and on a hill. It has truly amazing views. Need a car to get around but nothing is too far away! Highly recommended.

We stayed alle Dimore delle Muse for 1 night and everything was perfect! The room is rather elegant and furnished following the Tuscan style of the borghetto; the entire B&B was very clean with a fragrance the host Sara and Michele are extremely nice and caring; the breakfast was homemade and served with local products. Overall this is hospitality as it should be - just fantastic! Genuinely cannot wait to come back!

Sara and Michelle as owners are the most caring and attentive hosts anyone can have. The property is a fully renovated medieval home with a beautiful patio used for breakfasts which are prepared with love by Sara, including surprise baked cookies and breads which are delicious. This is simply an oasis in a charming medieval walled hilltop town in awesome Tuscany. Their recommended neighbor restaurant is also a plus.

A Gem of a Find

What a wonderful find. Our room was perfect, beautifully designed, thoughtful touches, and the owners pay attention to the details! From arrival to departure our stay was perfect for our 3 nights. The bed was comfortable, we slept well and the hotel is quiet. Michaela and Sara take time to welcome you to their special property and provide lots of information and tips for your stay. There are two fabulous restaurants right in the village. In addition to the warm hospitality the breakfast is a highlight. Sara bakes the breads, cakes and cookies. Everything is thoughtfully made and executed. Loved our stay and can't say enough good things about the property.
