The entrance was difficult to find since the address on Expedia doesn’t line up with the actual building number. Our room was expected, but I think it bothered me the mold under the edge of the under mounted tub, as long with the shower head cap that was completely loose from the wall. "Camere molto datate e in bagno aveva solo una tenda come chiusura doccia. Non c’ era neanche l’ asciugacapelli. Inoltre c’era un cattivo odore nelle scale e nel corridoio a causa probabilmente dei vapori della cucina"

"Very well decorated, look lije a palace. Extremally well located, excelent staff"
"Hotel Rosso is a short walk from the train station - it is a little tricky to find as it is in a pretty plaza and there are restaurants directly in front of the entrance. All you need to do is ask someone - it’s not complicated at all - just not immediately apparent. The room was clean - shower was on the small side, and breakfast has everything you could want. You can ask for a cappuccino from the wait staff and they will even get you a cappuccino to go - and there is no extra charge for a...
"Great location. Just 5-7 minute walk to the Duomo and a few minutes more to the Ponte vecchio. Restaurants up the street. The train station a 5 min walk. Breakfast was outstanding. I looked forward to the tarts and Cappuccinos every morning. Room was comfortable, very clean with a shower in the tub. This may be difficult for people with disabilities as you have to climb over the tub. Mattress was outstanding. I slept well. Staff accomodating, helpful and friendly. I would come here again"
"Excellent hotel with many amenities, staff was helpful and friendly."
