"La propiedad no está mal para el precio. La habitación que me dieron no me gustó. Estaba localizada en un área de la estancia al lado del laundry y del almacen de los trabajadores de mantenimiento. Tampoco me gustó la apariencia de la habitación aunque estaba aceptablemente limpia. El personal de limpieza nada comunicativo y atento. Ni vi ningún tipo de seguridad en la estancia. Me resbalé y caí en una rampa para impedidos mojada le indiqué al personal de mantenimiento que aseguraran esa área con cintas anti resbalante. No vi ningún tipo de seguridad en el área. La estancia está localizada en un área privilegiada frente al mar con muy bellas vistas. Por lo demás la pasé muy bien . Gracias"

"Our overall stay was just fabulous. We had a beach view room which was amazing. The room was very clean and the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We ate at the onsite restaurant our entire stay and the food was delicious. The waitstaff were all very friendly, especially Layra who went above and beyond for me as I have food sensitivities. Highly recommend Villa Cofresi if you’re looking for an overall wonderful experience in Rincon! 😊"

"I don’t usually write negative reviews, but I hope this helps others decide where to stay. Our disappointment began at check-in. The room looked very different from the photos and appeared dated, poorly maintained, and not properly cleaned. We found loose wires, black tape on walls, exposed AC tubing, and nonworking exterior lights. We requested a room change but never received a follow-up. Communication was a recurring issue throughout our stay. One morning, we requested basic items like towels and a broom. Despite multiple calls and visits to the front desk, it took nearly 10–12 hours to receive only part of the request. At around 9:00 p.m., someone attempted to open our room door while my family, including my infant child, was asleep. The staff were kind and professional, but the problems seemed to stem from management and communication. Unfortunately, our experience was very different from what was presented online."
