"Wir hatten ein Standard Mobil Home: Das ganze Mobil Home hat stark nach Urin gestunken - das war wohl das Putzmittel, trotzdem ist es alles andere als angenehme gewesen. Des Weiteren war es nicht sauber und überall waren Ameisen, Boden, Küchenschränken, am Kühlschrank - auch auf den Betten. Wir haben uns dann beschwert und haben ein „Upgarde“ bekommen - das war dann auch sauber und hat nicht gestunken und es waren keine Ameisen überall, trotzdem muss ich sagen würde ich hier nicht nochmal...

"We were not send the code to enter the property. Check in is not 24 hours as we were unable to get hold of the property owners. The city tax payment was still taken by the owners even though we didn’t stay in the property and had to pay city taxis at an alternative hotel we found. "

"We came to the moxy on the Tuesday 21st July after having the worst experience in two local hotels, the moxy staff where amazing especially the booking in staff, and a massive call out to the rest manager he was fantastic, my wife had an accident and he attended straight away making sure she was ok and also got a ambulance, what a guy. Thank you again"
