"Stuff was friendly.No internet in rooms. Bed was old and uncomfortable unfortunately. Even the furnitures are old, the room was clean. Biggest challenge was the AC was not enough to get cool in the bedroom. We liked the area, the view, beach and location was close to center. Bring bug mosquitoes repellent :)"

The meals were incredible — breakfast, lunch, and especially dinner at BBQ were simply unforgettable. "Nice hotel, near Cala Brandinchi, it has comfortable cabins well equipped for families, nice staff, specially Cinthia the safeguard, which was really nice with us. Restaurants are nice, 40 min to Olbia and 2 hours to Cala Gonone. The beach hotel is ok, but no so beautiful as other beaches of Sardinia. The good thing is that beach is almost private for hotel guest. Great hotel to go with kids of 4-13 years old"

" The location is beautiful and peaceful — exactly what we wanted — but the service is not at 4-star level. Staff are kind but clearly overstretched. We were charged €8/day for parking with no alternative, which should really be included. Breakfast starts only at 8AM with no early option, and no water or coffee machine in the rooms. The spa was advertised but was unavailable during our stay, with no prior notice. The pool bar opened only after 1PM. The biggest surprise was the coffee: machine coffee was poor, and my first cappuccino tasted of salty water (likely tap water). Though the waiter apologised and fixed it the next day, this is unacceptable in an Italian 4-star resort. Staff also had loud arguments near guests. Room cleaning was basic: towels were changed but sheets weren’t, and floors weren’t properly cleaned. The food menu is very limited and expensive. Worst of all, during checkout they tried to charge us more than double (including parking again and items we didn’t order). Only after I asked to check the bill was it corrected. Beautiful setting, but the service, transparency, and quality need major improvement"
