"Front desk check in service was great. Room was clean and convenient. Breakfast and coffee was good. Chose this Hotel for the pool but could not use because it was green. The hot tub was also undergoing maintenance. "

"This is a nice hotel that has been updated. The lobby area has an elegant feel. Our room was nice - a bit cramped with the king size bed but otherwise very good. It was clean and quiet. We were late in arriving (right at 10 pm) but the lady who greeted us was very kind and took the time to show us where to park, where breakfast would be, etc. Breakfast was good too. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again."

"You get what you pay for right 🤔 paid for the suite Only to have 1 television in the sitting area, shower leaked to the floor. Front Seat Ladies VERY Professional more than I can say for the General Manager, I was at a funeral requested a late check out which was Approved I informed the housekeeper on the floor which she acknowledged BUT ENTERED MY room AFTER I Left to report that I had an Emotional Support dog in the room the Hotel was FULLY AWARE but GM decided to still Charge for the Pet stay … #1 Housekeeping entered My Room when I wasn’t there #2 GM had NO Compassion after Hotel is supposedly Pet Friendly apparently just NOT emotional support animals "

"The staffwas courteous and efficient. The rooms were comfortable. The hot tub was out of service. Was a bit of a disappointing we were charged a $25 resort fee but had nothing to show for this fee. No instructions on how to operate the tv.."
