"We stayed at the Hoxton before we headed out to Tuscany for our wedding weekend. The staff was very accommodating and helpful, and the property itself was beautiful with a great location, it was a little bit more on the outskirts of the city center, which we are used to staying in when we travel to Florence, but we liked how quiet and secluded it was and the design of the property was really well done. We enjoyed the coffee bar downstairs and the Photo Booth in the lobby and the outdoor courtyard/bar area was a great meeting point for us and friends who were getting into town for wedding festivities. We would recommend staying at the Hoxton and look forward to future stays in other cities and hopefully Florence again."

"Wow, really loved our stay. Hotel was classic, clean, safe, convenient to everywhere. The breakfast was excellent. My hat off to all the staff, they were all kind and helpful. After a long day, I came down to the bar and enjoyed a glass of wine at the bar and chatted with some other travelers who were also enjoying their stay. Will stay here again next time I’m in Florence."

"The staff here were extremely kind, helpful, and accommodating! I made a same day request for two double beds, and they did their best to accommodate us. The rooms were also clean and comfortable. We did experience a creaking bathroom door and a nonworking outlet, but the staff promptly brought us an extension cord and took care of the creaking noise. Even after we checked out, when we returned to collect our luggage, one of the staff members kindly offered recommendations for our next city. Their thoughtfulness and willingness to help really stood out and made our stay a pleasant experience. I truly appreciated their hospitality and would recommend this place to anyone looking for clean rooms and friendly, attentive service!"

The bus or taxi may have been easier but we ended up walking everywhere! Made up for the amount of food we consumed while in Florence I suppose. Breakfast buffet was a nice start to the day!"
