"I would have given a 5 Star had the room been cleaned properly, coffee cups I utilised in the morning wasnt replaced nor coffee refilped. Coffe only had 2 sachets so if you wanted more you can't. Kettle was also broken and 2 towles not replaced with clean ones. Pull out bed only had 1 pillow for ..."
