Don't let the price fool you as you get no bargain here. These are individually owned condominiums that mostly are just used to generate income for owners as most if not all owners neglect their units because the building itself is deteriorated. From the outside the building looks as if it has been through a war. The exterior is dirty and the presentation of the building as a whole reminds me of Beirut Lebanon in the 1980s. The drapes were very soiled and the bed linens were musty/smelly and appeared to have not been refreshed for some time as my girlfriend found several hairs in our bed. The rest of the unit was filled with stuff (junky momentos) from the past 30 years and it was just an icky and nasty place. The unit i stayed in was 1105 and it was just scummy which wouldn't surprise anyone by the looks of the outside of the building. The internet pics show the place as it may have been 20 years ago when it probably was cleaner. The same items are still in the unit and aged as well as soiled. Pretty much the whole building is nasty. Right next door is a place called Gloucester hotel which was recently renovated and for $25 U.S.more per day looks awesome. The pool had algae growing on one of the walls of the pool and was very visible. One look at that pool and you would never even consider swimming there. The lounge chairs were also very soiled as i wouldn't even think of putting my towel on one of those chairs.
