Everything is just top of the line, excellent amenities, from the moment that you arrive you are treated simply amazing, friendly and helpful staff, the food is great, plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from and no matter what you choose you are going to enjoy it! Plenty of activities to keep busy if that’s what you want as well as plenty of entertainment to relax and enjoy yourself, either way by the poolside or by the beach is very relaxing and enjoyable.

Loved the room. We booked the cheapest room. The bed was the best sleep we ever had. The balcony was the high light of our stay. The food and hospitality was great. It rained 2 of our 3 days and had a great time. We did no excursion no water sports and still had a great vacation. The only reason we did 4 stars because we wish they had a buffet style diner and maybe be able to get a pizza after 6pm. We've been on multiple cruises and we enjoyed the resort more. Definetly romantic feel for my husband and I to connect.

Overall we had a good holiday but I would not class Sandals Ochi as a 5 star, more 4 star. Shuttle service is good to and from airport. Please leave out the cringe worthy goodbye sing song as we got onto the shuttle service!! we are adults not children! We stayed on the Beachside Riveria Honeymoon Room. Really needs modernising especially bathrooms. Quite disappointing. The property itself is looked after well, beach not the best, nowhere really to take a walk Food and Drink was good quality, drinks premium top shelf drinks. The Italian was a little disappointing, nothing Italian about it, no herbs, flavour, but guess it caters for the not so discerning guests! You can dine at the nearby Sandals Dunns River, but we were never given that option. Soy and Kimono were very good, Kelly's Dockside ambience great, food average. La Gourmande French was the worst! Red Lane Spa is very expensive! How can you charge $270 for 60min massage! If you had kept the prices reasonable I would have booked a few. The staff are what made our holiday, we could not fault their service, special mentions: Odeanne Manor pool Craig at polo bar lounge Akeem Ochi Beach club pool Maxwell at Manor Pool Jalicia at mariner beach grill Shenelle at Ochi beach Rihenna at mariner beach grill Andrew at Soy

Our first time to Jamaica and we absolutely loved it. Wish it wasn’t such a long drive from the airport to the resort. Also the shuttle that takes you to the excursions was a little scary how they drive there. The lighting when walking around at night needed to be better. Food, entertainment and activities were fantastic. Had a small lizard guest in our room which I didn’t care for but dealt with it. Will definitely stay at Sandals again.

A complete package. Enjoyed the stay the staff friendly and helpful, safe and clean environment. Lots of activities to keep you occupied. The food and restaurants were great. Would definitely stay on our next visit.

This was by far one of the best vacations we've had. We had the villa with the Butler service. The food was delicious, all the staff members were exceptionally nice and very knowledgeable.

The staff was wonderful. The grounds were meticulously maintained. They really went out of their way to make sure you had everything you needed would definitely book a Sandal's vacation again!
