I really could not fault this stay. We checked in late due to a late flight and they went out of their way to make sure this wasn’t a problem. The location was amazing with great views. Fantastic stay here for 3 nights. Great location in como, amazing breakfast with prosecco even included. Staff very helpful. Free room upgrade too which was a nice bonus. Highly recommend a stay at the Palace hotel.
