"We had to make a last minute change to this property from one we had in San Gimignano, and we are delighted that it worked out that way. The property is super relaxing and the staff made our stay memorable. "Staff was very friendly and helpful always with a smile. Rooms were very large and comfortable, however bathroom was very tight relative to room size. A light in our room was not working, but it was fixed within a day. Enjoyed lounging in the beautiful common area which looked like it came out of a Restoration Hardware catalog. AC was adequate, but would have liked it a bit cooler. Understandable though because the temperature outside was very hot and we needed to keep our shutters closed during the day. Nice breakfast even with American coffee. All in all a great stay for our family."
