"A very accommodating hotel we arrived early and thankfully our room is ready so we were allowed gain access to our room early. The location was good for the train station and a short walk to the sites of Siena - which are just beautiful. Breakfast was good and the room was very comfortable, we had a great stay."

"Beautiful hotel located in historic walking district of Siena. 5 star historic hotel with bar & lounge area for coffee, drinks, lunch, dinner, upscale restaurant. Great breakfast buffet or a la carte options. Food & wine were excellent. Large spacious rooms with great Air Cond (it was in the 90’s). Comfortable beds, pillow options. Stayed 5 days 2 different rooms-had a last minute travel change. "

The staff was excellent, accommodating any request that was made. Restaurant is very good, included breakfast was great, many choices. We enjoyed the pool and the bar servers at the pool were excellent. Overall a wonderful stay and would highly recommend. "

The kids absolutely loved swimming in the pools and running around the beautiful property. It felt peaceful, safe, and perfect. The breakfast was lovely each morning—fresh, delicious, and a relaxing way to start the day. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of, which made the experience even more special. We only wish we had stayed longer!
