"Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. The accommodations were super luxurious for the cost, and our two bedroom/two bathroom, private patio and pool was phenomenal. Staff was beyond just friendly - engaging, curious, fun. The food was excellent, and having rain forest trails and hot springs on the property that were never crowded was awesome. Everything start to finish was outstanding - shout outs to Brayan, Pamela, Jonathan, Dennis, Karen, Fabian, and Anthony in particular - our family really appreciated the hospitality and would recommend to anyone looking for a rainforest adventure."

"It was a great option to have the hot springs nightly. The breakfast was excellent and lots of options including an omelette bar. The food we did pay for at dinner time we were not impressed with but there were excellent dining options in La Fortuna. We did lots of days doing self driving and returning here at night. We were able to do these things from this location: la Fortuna waterfall, Rio Celeste, Arenal 1968 hiking trail, mistico hanging bridges. Only thing they could do is to post to wash your bathing suits after going in the hot springs always as they smell horrible when dry. "

"Gorgeous view of Arenal from our room patio. Great food in the hotel restaurant - breakfast was the best and dinner was quite good. All the facilities were top notch, including the two pools (heated and unheated) and swim up bar. On site hiking trail was beautiful and challenging. "
