The hotel was great! We are a family of 5 and in NYC most places wanted us to book 2 rooms. I found RIU and the price was awesome. When we arrived the staff was professional and all of them were genuinely thankful we chose to stay there. The hotel was very clean. There was a woman cleaning the lobby every time we stepped foot in it. The hotel looked super fancy as my tween girls said! Our room was great and we would stay here again! Thank you RIU staff and Expedia.

Excellent experience overall. The room was clean, comfortable bed and pillows, helpful staff, and the location worked for our 4 day stay. We enjoyed a small breakfast every morning at their takeout cafe.

"I have stayed here previously and left a negative review due to excessive noise from slamming doors in the hotel, this remains an issue in some areas as there are many heavily sprung doors throughout the corridors slamming 24/7 making sleep an issue With that said I have stayed here 2 further times ..."

"Balcony hand rail was loose and held on by 4 screws on the 7th floor!! Incredibly dangerous! Great views across the alps. Children's games were either turned off / not working or cost money (even fusball). Great pool and spa facilities."
