We booked and confirmed by calling the hotel and asking for lower floor, which she guaranteed. We we got there during the horrible storms on 3/15 and the front desk lady told us they were full and didn't have a room. We had to leave and find another hotel and they will NOT refund our money. Unbelievable!

Hotel Cleanliness and the Staff were Great!

We were very pleased with the overall cleanliness of this hotel. For us, this is paramount. Front desk service and food service personnel were great! Other aspects of the hotel were fine, but did not live up to the standard of the other Hilton Garden Inns we have stayed at numerous times. This one needs updating and better overall maintenance. We would probably stay elsewhere next time because this hotel was more expensive than some others that had the same or better ratings, but we chose it because of our great experiences at other Hilton Garden Inns in places like Athens, Georgia and the Washington, DC area.
