I booked a Partial Sea View room, but I was not given the room I had reserved. Instead of solving the issue, she insisted that the mistake was mine and claimed that a partial sea view was never included, even though it was clearly stated in my reservation. Tasty food, clean and recently renovated rooms, a lovely pool kids pool and a nice beach with a lot of included sports offerings.
