"Amazing place - service was brilliant, really friendly greeting and very helpful. The corridors are a little dated but redecorating is in progress. My room was great - and the view! So, so beautiful. Fantastic location and great value for money, I can't recommend highly enough."

"Room was great but more importantly staff was extremely courteous and helpful in every way to make our stay comfortable and memorable ! We stayed in the junior suite on the top floor with partial lake view which was spectacular. You need to climb 2 storeys to reach here but the room was definitely worth it. The area was very central to everything- grocery stores, buses and the Freddy Mercury statue! The hotel also provided us a Montreux Riviera Card with several discounts and free local transport. Would definitely return here! Thank you. "

"Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is a little dated but clean and tidy. We were in a ground floor room and the noise travelled badly through the night. Breakfast was great, location was great. Would stay here again"

"The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It had magnificent views of the lake with a beautiful mountain backdrop. The breakfast was delicious - lots of options including made to order omelettes with a dining space with lake views. We received a warm welcome from the staff each time we came into the lobby and they were able to offer good local knowledge if we had any queries. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I ever get the chance."

"A lovely character hotel with a lovely feel about it . A great room . Lovely friendly staff. The breakfast was good and a great location to Lake Geneva and only an 8 minute walk from the main train station. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want to come to Montreux. "
