The first room they gave us had a sink that was very slow to drain, along with the drain plug wasn't attached, that you couldn't close the drain. There wasn't any maintenance person on site to fix it. They then gave us a different room. That drain plug didn't close completely either, but the sink ...

Dead bug on. Ceiling , wanted to check out atc9 am , the office doesnt open til 10 am , called and was told to put the key cards on the counter , in the check in/ out area.
